The client is a sunblinds supplier from the Netherlands. They were looking to improve their online retail performance throughout the entire customer journey. To this end, they needed better sales intelligence.
A dedicated development team was created for this project. The biggest added value to the project was in the 3rd party integrations.
Two main 3rd parties were added: SAP and Infusion.
SAP retail solutions were added to improve customer experience, and optimize sales order management.
Infusion CRM was integrated in order to give a leg up to marketing efforts and automate sales and marketing tasks for better lead capturing and increased sales.
